Vicky started her career in market research, spending 12 years working across multi-country, multidisciplinary projects for global brands spanning a range of different industries, examples including Shell, HSBC and PepsiCo.
Whilst primarily a researcher, analysing data and delivering actionable recommendations to her clients, Vicky had a keen interest in the project management side of the work and therefore started to take on more hybrid roles in latter years, demonstrating a natural talent in this area.
In 2017 Vicky decided she wanted to focus purely on project management and take on a new challenge in the exciting, ever-evolving digital space, and hence joined a boutique digital agency in London as the Operations Director. This was the perfect place for Vicky to further enhance and refine her project management skills, as well as learn the specific processes and quality controls required to manage a range of digital marketing related projects.
During this time she has used her skills to successfully manage a team of largely remotely based digital marketing specialists, to deliver high-quality work within scope and on time, and is now focused on building upon her experience to do the same at Torque Partnership.
In addition to her love for project management and spreadsheets, Vicky also enjoys spending quality time with her two dogs, exploring all that London has to offer and likes painting to help her unwind.
